Terrible

 

I believe this is a rubbish product!! Purchased three of these units to be used in office situation in October 2007 and they were installed some weeks later. I was told at time of purchase that they had 5 year warranty. LG say that 5 year warranty only...

Terrible

 

Brand new unit purchased Nov 07 - stopped working end Dec 07. Have been waiting for it to be fixed. LG have mislead me - they advised that at the worst case scenario, parts would be 2 days air freight from Korea. Advised today 30/1/08 that parts will...

great while it works - which wasn't for long after we bought it
