Terratec Noxon 2 review

The Noxon 2 connects to your broadband network and allows you to listen to radio channels broadcast via the internet – plus it has an iPod dock, too

Detailed, balanced delivery ; great feature list

Just not a big enough sound for the money

A real jack-of-all-trades, but it doesn’t sound perfect

Terratec Noxon 2 review

Built-in Wi-Fi and internet radio lift this iPod dock/radio alarm clock above the 'Pod-charging crowd

A compact and funky iPod dock with internet radio to boot, but we'd prefer the sound to be a bit chunkier

Terratec Noxon 2 review

Nifty internet radio streamer

Excellent favourites management

iTunes users won't like lack of AAC support

Only the lack of AAC support lets the Noxon down

Terratec Noxon 2 Audio

All of a sudden there's a real buzz about internet radio. So Terratec's Noxon 2 which streams web and locally stored MP3, WMA and M3U tracks couldn't be timed better.

Internet radio is cheap and diverse, and enables you to discover music and expand your horizons. Now Terratec has provided an easy way of sharing your spoils with the rest of the family.

Noxon 2

Add the radical new Noxon radio to your home stereo setup.

Connects you to over 2,500 radio stations without a computer - including BBC stations

Odd design, confusing remote and menu, awkward built-in menu system

Internet radio is a fantastic addition to any household and the Noxon 2 is among the best units on the market. Its iPod control is a let-down, however - it would be better if it acted as a throughput and speaker system rather than providing its own menu.

Review : Belkin USB Anywhere

On the face of it a device that most of us could have made use of at sometime or other, however is it all that it seems to be?

I have seen the Belkin USB Anywhere advertised for £22.14 from the first link below

Terratec Noxon 2

Despite looking a bit like a pimped up Mac mini, the Terrac Noxon 2 is a pretty decent streamer, and certainly an improvement on last year's model. Although the styling is all its own, the screen's menu interface is practically identical to that found...

Solid all round performance, good connection options

Peculiar design, average screen
