Canon Optura 200MC: Big Movies from a Small Video Camera

Finally, the Optura is also equipped with a MMC (Multimedia card) slot that can accept any standard MMC or Secure Digital card. These are the same types of cards that you might already be using in your Palm Pilot, and the Optura uses these cards to...

Great quality camcorder

I use this camcorder mainly to film skydives. It is very sturdy and has tons of features that as a matter of fact I don't need. It has a build in flash that actually does something. It’s small and light and those two features are essential when you...

Good Value camera

Well, I finally lashed out and got me a digital video camera. After way too much research, I settled on the Canon MVX2i (Australian Model)(=Optura 200 in the U.S.)

Ideal travel DVcamera. Lightweight. Comfortable. Intuitive interface. Image stabiliser excellent.Good software bundle. Quality stills.

SD memory card too small. Could do with a wider lens.
