I wanted something simple and small that I could carry around to film my kids if something fun happens. It works ok in low light but very well outside in cloudy weather. Using the digital zoom as expected minimimizes picture quality so I leave it at 1x...

pick this camcorder up expecting "hd" images....video quality is horrible with way too much blurring with fast (or even slow) moving images. it's very easy to use but considering the quality of the video...why even bother.
