The sound recording is questionable. when playing back a recording from outdoors it seems as there is a gale blowing. I have tried covering up the microphone with tape but no improvement. Apart from that everything elsein the use of the cameera is fine

Very easy to use. good pictures and a nice size/weight

Limited storage capacity (1hr), limited battery life (just over 1 hr), sometimes video contrast is too high.

Excellent picture and sound quality. True widescreen recording. 5.1 surround sound.

Locattion of built in microphone - on top of camera facing upwards and therefore picks up every gust of wind when using outdoors.

Easy to use and excellent for still photography also, saves taking two items.

Software for transferring 8cm discs to 12cm discs, as it does not allow you to put more than one 8cm disc onto a 12cm disc.
