Beware of Krups

My machine just doesn't work

 

In short this machine has a major design flaw. The O ring seal where the cup-handle thing that hold the coffee meets the machine keeps getting out of place. turn on the machine and there's coffee everywhere. I ordered a new ring and tried to install it...

Nice design

Aluminum trays stain with coffee and the o ring seal doesn't work.

Krups Novo 2300

 

I have been a cappuccino drinker for years, and finally decided to bring one into my house. I shopped around, and found that this machine was the best value for money. It has proved to be true so far!

Affordable, very effective

Froth spout is too low, not accomodating to taller cups, sometimes slow to heat up
