Awesome coffee/espresso machine, and also works with loose leaf tea!

I have had the Solis Palazzo three years now. Most friends purchased the much more popular Saeco Vienna for a heftier price. Virtually everyone of them has brought their machine in for servicing. I have never had a problem with this machine and more...

solis palazzo latte machine

 

We have had nothing but trouble with the Solis Palazzo. It has been back to the Baratza for repair three times and is broken again. It is on the way to the dump. Save yourself money and time.... go to a latte store, or try another brand.

Love it!

 

Because of this machine my husband and I have become tense and jittery. We cannot stop drinking the fabulous espresso the Palazzo produces. We have a housekeeper who comes in for 4 hours every two weeks and last week she stayed 7 hours.
