Great product and working perfectly fine and it's looks good in my kitchen

I wanted to share this with my colleagues as an instant hot water machine but the need to take stuff out to put in a hot water item is bad form. I found the instructions almost indecipherable as there were only visual items, this made ease of use...

I bought this to be able to offer myself and guests quick and easy quality coffee, which it does. Only major downside is the pods to add up and it's become an expensive luxury.

Fantastic gift for my daughter

Although I have had this product less than three weeks it is not working and I will be returning it later today. It has really not been good from the first day, we have always bought this model and have not had these problems before
