Upgradeable wonder!

For a great deal on a solid pc, or a base to build your own you can't go wrong with this pc!

Great name brand components, cpu is good right out of the box for average users. Plenty of room to upgrade! I installed an extra Gig of memory, 2nd hard drive, 450W power supply, and all in 1 card reader. I couldn't be happier

Only con I could see is the power supply but that can be fixed for under thirty five bucks

Awesome V2 52

If you decide to add hardware I would recommend a larger Power Supply (500W). I intend to add another hard drive(80 gig), graphics card(EVGA 7600 GTS 7600), and a PVR(VisionTek VTK-THXP550P PCI)card for TV/FM/VHS.

1. Excellent Price ; 2. Did not have any extra software included which is OK with me. I prefer to download freeware off the Internet ; 3. Inboard Nvidia Gefore 6150 graphics adapter is adequate for me even for Doom3 and Fear

Does not come with a modem card

Very Good

Will eventually add another internal hard drive. But, for now, I am using a 160 MB USB external drive to back up files, which works fine. Copied some backup music CDs, which came out very good. Have not yet tried editing videos, which I want to do when...

Very inexpensive and simple design PC. DVI outputfrom the motherboard is very adequate for editing photos and watching movies. Sound from the motherboard is also very adequate for listening to CDs. Therefore, I did not need to purchase and install...

DVD drive did work at first due to loose power cable, which was easy to fix. Front USB ports are mounted on the left side of the front panel, which makes them diffcult to use when the PC is housed in a computer hutch

Not bad

Not worth xxx dollars.

Not to bad. I brought it when it was on sale. $xxx dollars. I upgraded the PSU and installed a video card (Gfource 6800 250 DDR3) and a sound card

Good computer

Couldnt really be happier for the deal I got. Thanks Newegg. Oh and the customer service here is fantastic. I am a customer for life. All arived at my house on time and in perfect condition !

Great deal, very fast right on start. Pretty good standard graphics. Plays games with hardly any problem right out of the box. Happy with that. Tons of free space for HDs or whatever. And I love the AMD 64 processor. Much faster PC than my old celeron...

The PSU is only 300w. Thats not very good at all. I wish it had come with more but its nothing I can't change out ;) and you would have to for video card, exc. Although the graphics play well I will be putting in a dx10 video card when the new Vista OS...

Great, Cheap Media Center Box

Great little system with room for growth. I've built all my own systems in the past, but ABS didn't make me feel like a loser by giving me parts I likely would have bought anyway. If I buy another pre-built, I'll definitely check them out again, but...

1) System came stable and hasn't had any problems in six months, except those I've caused of course. 2) It doesn't say but the hardware is all quality for the price. Mine came with Kingston memory, an NEC DVD burner, and a Cooler Master CPU...

1) The restore disk is not a perfect restore to shipping condition as I expected. I did a restore when I installed a 500GB RAID array for a clean start. I didn't need to load any drivers to recognize the array, which is good, but when restore completed...

Awesome comp!

I was asked to build a computer and decided to try this one out instead. Right now with the instant savings, this is a steal! I got another stick of 512mb ram (brands are listed below with another reviewer). I might need to change the vid card and...

Check the connections inside the comp, the power supply to the hard drive was unplugged. I haven't upgraded the vid card or powersupply yet. I think it should be fine though

Hey, if you aint being helpful eat a kcid

Still the same issues tho not as frequent. Reboots like theres a ghost in the machine sometimes but is stable otherwise. I could not get this motherboard to output the dvi, i tried everything and I opened it up and its pretty neat inside with nothing...

Great Value

I was going to build a computer from scratch until I found this one on sale at NewEgg.

Runs fast right out of the box. Less expensive than trying to upgrade older pc. Asus motherboard has room for upgrades

Don't try to play CoD2 or the like ;) On board sound not so great but the Asus MoBo has plenty room to drop in an inexpensive sound card and vid card if needed

Update

Still, not a bad rig. Can't run my starwars empire@war for somereason even tried overclockin directx still not luck but onboard vid is very capable. Still theres that DVI issue! MTTIMMAADD

Ok, how in the hell do you enable the DVI out on this thing? I've tried everything short of sending it back! Its a toss up but when I tried the dual monitor support i get no output from the mb. Maybe the lcd 's port is bad, but does anyone know if the...

Overclocking is not supported by bios, even dl the asus utilities which grays out pretty much everything, unless someone knows something i don't? Bios is 0403
