I will rate the product a 4 stars. But I'd rate the assembler 2 stars. 4 stars for the product. Works good most things came installed (see cons). For the price and the date (around december 2015), buying this was cheaper than buying all the same parts...

There was a foam package thing to protect the innards of the computer during shipping that dislodged the cooling fan/heatsink from the Processor. I'm assuming it expanded more after the closed the case (ASSUMING, but who knows maybe they don't care)...

This computer has awesome components and was a great deal on Black Friday

The heat sink like everyone else's was completely unattached causing the processor to overheat. Its a shame because now Black Friday is over which means there are not as many good deals, but I can't replace the computer I got because it is out of stock.
