Better then Dell

Never was it so easy to setup a machine. If it was Dell we would end up calling Indiaa for support.

Works right out the box for my clients and never a problem. Just a great buy and system for the money

Pretty good computer

It is not the Intel Dual core 2, but for most working purposes this computer will do the job, and it comes with a lot of amenties for its price

Pretty fast computer, Nice graphic card, nice case design

The initial partitions are somewhat awkward, no OS disk - only recovery disk

Not bad at all

If you buy this computer also consider getting an Acer 19' LCD monitor that might be offered while placing your order. I got free shipping on mine :)

Fast processor, cool features, plenty of storage, and scalability (eg. Vista capable, PCI-Express x16) does guarantee that you will get your money's worth

You will have to purchase a montitor and speakers seperately. Mine did not come with a recovery disk, but neither did my Dell, just call Tech support phone # if you need one

Great First System

I love Newegg, but remember that when ordering with a money-order that it will take longer to process and arrive. For me it took eight business days, but that's still okay with me. Everything I've ordered from Newegg by credit card has come lickity-split

This PC is a great buy. Although I was somewhat intimidated by the price, I am now very thankful that I didn't opt for a lower-end system. It comes with Winndows XP Media Center, which I had heard had problems running a few applications and games, but...

Not to moan or anything, but the fans and power-supply whine more than some banshees I've known

Pretty good machine for the price

I would have given this machine a 5 if it had not been preconfigured so badly. The configuration can be fixed, but why make me go through that?

This is a really good price for: lots of memory, good video card, dual 64 bit CPUs ; Comes with Symantec security software ; Runs very quiet ; Comes with an OS CD so you can restore Windows in case of problems ; Ubuntu Linux installed without a hitch

Spyware, spyware everywhere. The spyware was pretty easy to remove via Spybot Seacrh and Destroy and Adaware ... but why ship a machine with spyware preinstalled ; Does not come with Acer driver CD. Instead, stores drivers on a separate partition that...

Okay Computer

Overall, not a bad buy. Get it I guess.

Better than the computer I had previously. A lot of good stuff(HD,Processor, etc.) for the money

Acer ASE360

It could do without the cheesy trap doors over the optical drives.

Excellent PC for power and price. Twice as fast at encoding video as my laptop w/AMD64 XP3200. Very solid performer.I recomend it

Comes with XP MediaCenter OS and no installation and drivers disks. It only comes with restore CDs. If you want to install another OS, you need to download drives from Acer site
