Acer Aspire TC-710

It is early yet but up to now it is performing well very and it is very quiet

Mainly to much software that I do not want or need

Fast i7 PC with sufficient RAM to multi-task to make it a solid working from home PC

For a desktop tower PC you would have thought that it would have been possible to install a secondary hard drive. This isn't possible with the TC-710 as there is no spare SATA slot on the motherboard.

Powerful PC with plenty of storage space. Quick boot up and shutdown. There are very few tasks it can't handle with ease. There is plenty of storage space, an excellent processor and a healthy amount of RAM, making for a powerful system.

The onboard graphics chip isn't the best. Not very good for latest high end games. I added a NVIDIA 1050ti 4G graphics card, which has improved the system tremendously. The case is quite large, so make sure you have plenty of space.

It's an i7 processor! Nice, no frills case, which would accept extra internal hard drives if only it had the right sort of motherboard.

No facility on motherboard to add additional hard-drives!!! HDMI output only for video display. Lack of expansion slots on Motherboard. The 1TB hard drive seems a little mean considering the price. The 128 GB SSD is small, but it's a budget machine.

Very easy to set up. Very quiet - I didn't think the fan was running to start with. Handles photo-editing with ease. Quick to boot and shut down. No problems so far.

Rather a lot of bloatware but easy enough to remove. Not sure reason for 'D' partition when Documents, Video, Pictures and Music folders are on the C-drive. With a fairly substantial hard drive not a problem.

Does what I need effortlessly. Instant results and no noise.

As with most PC's, preloaded software is annoying. And would have been nice to have had Microsoft Office bundled in, either preloaded or as a discounted purchase option. Also note that It only supports HDMI connector monitors. I'm running 2 monitors...

Fast. Quiet.

Came with a copy of Office but I find I have to pay an annual fee. Not Happy. The dongle for the wireless mouse and keyboard was well hidden, necessitating a call to customer services.

Great pc, the ssd really does make startup a lot faster.

Had a slight issue with setup but that was a glitch with Windows 10 not the pc.

Lightning quick at everything. Easy set up, and has been completely trouble-free. I moved to Windows 10 with some nervousness, having read the bad press. But its been really good so far (1 month).

Took a while to get rid of Bing (the default Windows 10 search engine) and some of the other unwanted software. Otherwise, nothing bad at all.

Very fast. Boots in about 20 seconds. Very quiet. Have not had it long, but it`s worked well so far.

Some of the bundled software. No major bad points. Not very clear instructions, had trouble finding the receiver unit for keyboard / mouse.
