Bad Customer Service Bad Computer Stay away!

Unit Failed memory after 2 days from arrival, and because I installed all my development software then was hard on me to try replacing it, so i tried to to ask ACER to send me replacement for 2 sticks fails of 3, the customer support took the SNID...

It has no pros, its all Cons, very bad memory and bad customer support

Good construction, extra memory slot open in a new box (which seems to be rare these days), Win7, quiet and fast. Plenty of horsepower to run multiple and fairly intensive apps at the same time

I'm used to a traditional keyboard but this one is more like a laptop with a lot of the keys that are usually separated by some space all jammed together. No big deal considering the price I paid and the cost of a better keyboard

Fast desktop computer for the price! Great quality!

It's nice to work in the quiet. This computer is already serving me well. I use it as a work computer and it can do everything I throw at it. It's a great little machine. You can't go wrong for under 500!
