Abit disappointed with software after paying this price, was also disappointed with not being offered after care.

Fast to use, up and running in 10mins. All programs already pre-installed. Internet / Wi-Fi was in set up wizzard when starting it up which was useful

Yet to find some

Lovely system in its own right. The stability of the OS compared to Windows based machines is a revelation.

Outdated as soon as I purchased it! I knew new machines were due out so I could have waited and got one of those instead so cant really hold that against what is a great overall set-up.

Extremely easy to set up and connect to the internet. Very well designed, so it doesn't take up too much space.

it's still an expensive product but it's worth every penny!

Easy to set up and operate even if you haven't used a mac before. Lots of great bundled features in software bundle - mainly for play purposes! Need to purchase a separate package for any word processing or business use.

Bundled software has no usable business features

This is a beautifully designed product, which looks good while working really well. First time Mac user after years of PC, and very impressed so far.

The software that comes with the imac is superb, After connecting the mouse to the keyboard and the keyboard to the monitor, I connected a power lead and switched on. Everything worked immediately. With Boot Camp, I can run the two windows programs...
