that the most service providers ie sky yahoo gmail, don't give you the settings you need, to setup, but the mac assistant does that thankfully, and there is the host of mac users on line, so it is ok. in the end :-)

Fast machine and easy to use. Not complicated as compared with a PC.

not necassarily bad but would be better with the larger keyboard with numeric keypad, and also i think its an american keyboard layout, would be better with english.

Fantastic graphics, software, easy to set up.

So much faster than windows, and when you switch it on from new it boots straight away and takes you through the registration process. Quality of images etc and screen quality is absolutely perfect much better than standard windows products/screens.

Stylish, boot up and shut down almost instantaneous, applications launch very quickly. Great overall user experience. Like fact that I don't need to install drivers when attaching a new device, camera etc. Love the bluetooth feature for getting/sending...

Came out of the box with two minor, minor chips along the edge of the monitor, and there is a slight indentation in the base of the mac which looks to be due to the manufacturing process.
