Consumer review (newegg.com)

No problems for a Novice.

Built two HTPCs with this and the AMD 5350. Great results from a budget build both times.

Posted right away ; Lots of Sata connections to work with ; Options on power (supply or DC in)

Good quality sound but...

I purchased my first board to build a PC inside a small nintendo case. While it is not completely fanless(the processor heatsync has a fan once added) it is extremely quiet and runs very cool. The DC-In jack saves a ton of space without the requirement...

None, although id love to see a similar board from ASROCK that supports beefer AMD processors

Great for HTPC Build

I bought this to build a Kodi box for my home entertainment system. AMD Athlon 5350 Sandisk 128GB SSD G.Skill Ares 4GB DDR3 1600 Antec ISK 300-150 Linux Mint 17.1 64 bit OS

Onboard USB 3 headers ; 19 volt dc power input available (if the 150W in my case goes belly up) ; HDMI port

Very nice board.

I bought the Asus one first, trying to stay loyal, but it just had no features, I couldn't even install a GT720 w PCI-E x4 on it and no USB 3 header. Asrock may have a new customer for motherboards.

I bought the Asrock AM1H-ITX for my living room htpc and I love this board. Layout is perfect for my case, Antec ISK600, it has 2x the sata ports than other boards, usb 3.0 header, able to install low power video card, etc. This system is pretty much...

I have none. Everything on this just works

Awesome Motherboard

Great features for a small size motherboard. USB 3.0, UEFI Bios, above all DC power jack. This board was installed in HTPC which previously had AMD Sampron CPU with AM2 mATX motherboard, which served the purpose however was slow at times. This...

Excellent mobo but cannot get USB 3.0 ports to work at 3.0 speeds

Excellent low power PC mobo. Works excellent. Built a beautiful compact desktop PC for business apps and it gets the job done. Using a meanwell GS GS series power supply - meter barely shows the PC using 30W at full tilt

No matter what I have tried, I have NEVER been able to get the USB 3.0 ports to work at 3.0 speeds. The ASmedia 104 controller and drivers are a mess. Sometimes they see a 3.0 drive and sometimes they do not. But always run at 2.0 speeds capped at...

Great Little Board

Just as an FYI. I had totally "hosed" the system when the power failed on a BIOS Flash. Machine wouldn't even get to the POST phase. BUT, put BIOS file on a USB2 flash drive, and it recovered! KUDO's to the ASROCK team!

This board has dual power option, as well as 4 SATA 3 ports, so great for an HTPC with an Optical Drive, SSD for the os, and more conventions HDD for storage
