The tower is OK but should have had Windows 8.1 installed already as it has been out 6 months. Why can't you offer the Classic XP shell for the programme for those people who are not computer buffs and only want to do simple things like write emails...

Windows 8 and 8.1 are absolutely hell to use. It took over 2 hours to install 8.1. There is meant to be a new update for that which would not install and then Windows said they had taken it off for the time being because there's a fault so it is still...

PC is good, faster than my old one

The keyboard is not good, couldn't see clear where is A or B etc. Instead I have to buy a new keyboard, so total price of PC is not really cheap as you think.
