Asus and Comcast are tied for having the worst support in America!

Asus has never been good at support and my companies have purchases thousands of systems over the years. Their support this time was even worst that before but thank goodness for newegg support the following day. Newegg made it easy to get a refund...

Asus overall support is terrible, thank goodness for Newegg support the following day I received a full refund without having to waste any more time with Asus and their NOT INTERESTED support team

This Asus Desktop PC

 

Since the PC was quick with loading of web pages and programs I was able to overlook the above drawbacks listed.

Quick loading of web pages, fast processing for computer programs and minimal preloaded programs

No wireless card, integrated video card and the placement of the CD tray below the front USB inputs. Overall construction of the PC didn’t meet my expectations for the amount of paid
