Buffalo AirStation 1750

Next generation Wi-Fi has arrived and it is very, very fast.

First 802.11ac router ; 802.11ac performance obliterates 802.11n ; 2.4GHz & 5GHz Dual Band

Weak 802.11n performance ; Expensive, especially with media bridge ; Aged, poor browser interface

Buffalo AirStation 1750 review

The Buffalo AirStation 1750, also known as the WZR-D1800H, is a dual-band wireless router that operates on the common 2.4GHz frequency used by 11b, 11g and 11n, as well as over 5GHz optionally used by 802.11n.

Buffalo AirStation WBMR-HP-GN review

The Buffalo AirStation WBMR-HP-GN is an all-in-one home networking device. It features an ADSL2+ modem, 802.11n wireless access point and 10/100 Ethernet switch.

The Buffalo AirStation WBMR-HP-GN is a well priced all-in-one modem/router suitable for distributing a fast ADSL2+ connection over Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet networks. It's relatively easy to set up, but its interface could use an overhaul.

Buffalo Modem Router : Buffalo AirStation HighPower ADSL Modem Router

This has a rather special extra, it is a four port router it is a modem and it has a USB port and while a lot of other modem routers also have a USB port few (if any) can not only print but also scan and do other MFU tasks.

Assuming you stand the vertical the Buffalo AirStation HighPower ADSL Modem Router measures 17x18x3cm with leads plugged in but not including the two external aerials, these add another 9cm to the height. I am not going to say this was breeze to setup,...
