great pc

this is my first cyberpower pc, i was scared about buying it at first because everything bad i hear about cyberpower, but i took the plunge and i'm very happy with my purchase. the only pain was upgrading everything.

nice pc, everything works perfect

upgraded the psu, added 2g of ram, and new fx card ; vista is a pain

Everything it says it is.

It's a great machine. If you're reading this and there isn't a 150$ instant off the comp making it 809.99$ wait for the sale, its off and on all the time.

Very fast especially since I stuck 4 more gigs of ram in it. Worked great right out of the box

Grab another power supply, the one they supply is weak. Also, the videocard that was installed in my machine was GeForce 8600GT but it was SOFTWARE SLI not HARDWARE SLI and EVGA discontinued the Software for SLI so it doesnt work. RMA'd (cross ship)...

Decent at the price

after buying this I am actually satisfied by it, but in hindsight, after the money i have spent on it and am spending (bought the ram and am buying a psu for a 9800gtx I happen to be receiving as a gift) I could have built my own machine a bit better.

I bought this pc with a mid-range gaming machine in mind, and that's what this is. The ram isn't too stellar out of the box, and unfortunately the MoBo doesn't officially support 1066 speed in ram, but I settles for buying 8gigs of the G-Skill 800 ram...

Small PSU, the MoBo is finicky, and the 8600gt is low range, other then that I'm all smile with the machine

The Mushkins 2gb x 2 DDR2-800 RAM I purchased for this computer (also from Newegg) failed to work on this computer even at the 5-4-4-12 timings and frequently crashed when running.

The system is fast, most of the time the Quad core idles at 5-8% and rarely needs to spike to >50%. Plenty of hard drive space, though 500gb isn't much for me. I'm gonna need at least 3 times as much for the videos and data I download. The stock cpu...

MSI P6N SLI-FI was what was advertised! However I received the P5N-E SLI instead, I don't mind so much cause I don't need a hardcore MB but Newegg or Cyperpower should at least ship the correct motherboard according to what we ordered online, its false...

Revisit after 6 months

Comments by most here are accurate with regards to pros and cons. For me, it continues to be a great value for video editing on the cheap.

Computer continues to perform well overall ; Vista 64 has turned out to be stable with Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 despite Adobe non-support. Adding RAID, additional memory was no prob ; Blue light impresses my 4 year old :-)

Looks like CMOS battery is dying. Strange problem to have this soon. Cheap fix, but not fun when HDs suddenly stop appearing ; Did have to replace power supply for extra HDs and cooling ; Some glitches with an HP scanner and Wacom Tablet with Vista,...

I love it, you will too!

It's a great computer for an even better price. If you are looking to get a lot done and still have time for entertainment, you can't go wrong with this!

It's a quad core that can be overclocked to >3 GHZ, I have mine set at 3 on stock cooling. It runs Vista Premium 64 so you can go all the way up to 8 gigs of ram and it comes with an 8600GT that can run crysis on Med-High settings and just about...

The door is kind of annoying, but you get used to it. It's really not something to make or break the deal over

Excellent PC-Few minor issues

Unlike some of the other reviewers here, I don't mind the USB/audio/firewire panel on the top. I think its great for keeping stuff out of the way.

Excellent PC, very very fast. The Quad Core chews Vista to pieces. I am rarely above 10% on my processor for very long at all. Popped another 2G of RAM into this thing and it was great. As soon as I got it I changed out the PS and put in my 600W XCLIO,...

Temp gauge on the front of the door only works intermittently. The door itself is kinda of a pain

Decent Gaming PC

I'd suggest buying a better than stock CPU cooler, temps when gaming seem to get in the 102-104F range.

Plug N' Play, started up without a hitch. I'm relatively new to gaming & am working my way up the ladder with graphics cards. (started out with an Nvidia 6200, then a Nvidia 7600)This is a decent graphics card with noticably better frame rates & more...

Mine came with an Asus P5N-E SLI motherboard instead of the one listed. Do some research on this board in forums before buying, I bought 2 extra gigs of Corsair RAM recommended by Asus & Vista only recognizes 3 gigs. From what I've read I will have to...

CyberpowerPC Gamer Infinity 7300 Core 2 Quad Q6600(2.40GHz) 2GB DDR2 500GB NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT Windows Vista Home Premium

Worked right out of the box. Very quiet compared to my last home built computer. I like the usb ports on top of case. First experience with windows vista and I don't see any problems with it so far except some old programs weren't compatible. The case...

None so far
