Consumer review (newegg.com)

Not too bad at all.

-Decent pre-built pc for the price. Add a GTX 750 and it will be able to game on moderate settings. -Nothing terribly special but it was on sale and made a good Christmas present for my sister who like to play Skyrim.

-Very decent processor for the price (8 cores) -1 TB storage -8GB Ram (my minimum requirement for a desktop) can be upgarded to 32GB according to ASUS -Wifi on board

-The video card began to fail almost out of the box. I had the longest time trying to figure out why some of the font looked bad and why the monitor I bought would not turn on after a while. Replaced it with an EVGA 750 FTW. -If you want to install a...

don't get this machine

as i wrote above. don't get it. asus really let me down this time.

average - when it ran is was ok

at the very least it seems that the switch shorted out. this happened on a friday late & i don't yet know what repairing it will entail. this is a 5 month old machine. also, it has always been noisier than its predecessor, also an asus.

2nd unit DOA.

Was looking forward to trying it out. Too bad. I am not willing to continue to wait

Refund request, Labels and return shipping information promptly dispatched.

This is the second unit I received that did not function. I am requesting A FULL REFUND. Not willing to spend another month waiting around. I suppose you get what you pay for. I was assured that the replacement would be a brand new unit. It arrived in...

Great for the price! $399 steal!

I would recommend if you plan on using this computer for gaming, either get the Nvidia GTX 960 (you won't need an additional power supply, however you must remove the R7 240), or an AMD Radeon R9 380X (note: it is more powerful than the other option in...

- Great processor - Very quiet - Easy setup - Good customer service - Expandable to 32 GB RAM - 2 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 ports - solid mouse and keyboard - up-gradable to windows 10, no driver issues

- First one shipped to me was broken. After a 30 minute conversation, sent it back and received a working unit 2 weeks later - Only 300 watt power supply. If you intend on upgrading graphics, you might need to dish in another $80 for a 650 watt unit -...

I'd like to get another; my wife would be more upset with me if I did...

After almost 12 years my DTC needed a DTC and in my e-mail was the add for this one. Do to a typo claiming it had a PS/2 port (I have a really beautiful keyboard and mouse, I mean really pretty.) combined with the price, processor, wireless and...

Smooth, quiet, and with no hardware issues running windows 7 pro. The optical drive is really fast. 4 DIMM slots, one 8GB block (32GB max), fast graphics card, happy with it.

Having problems finding and installing USB 3.0 drivers for Windows 7 Pro (x64), the ASUS drivers are for Win 8.1. 2 other cons are it comes with win 8.x and -1 egg for the grey characters on black keyboard, not a bright idea there however.

Confusion from Asus

My unit has 4 DIMM slots with 1 8GB DIMM in it. Presumably it will support 32GB of RAM. It has an open bay for a 3.5" drive and an open bay for a 5.25" drive. The motherboard has SATA ports for 4 drives but only cables for 2. There are power whips...

Good price. Good case/configuration.

There is almost no documentation. A User Guide is here http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/Desktop/M32BC/E9993_M32BC_manual.pdf but it pretty much tells you how to turn it on and off. Calls to Asus support at 888-678-3688 then 5 then 4 provide NO...

Had heard great things about this computer. Noticed that it had dropped in price and decided to act.

I feel like I have been charged the cost of a new computer and, when all is said and done, I will be receiving a refurbished computer. Still there are no guarantees that what I receive will function. I will be inconvenienced for several weeks while...

I have been dealing with Newegg for over a decade and have always experienced quality merchandise that did what it was advertised to do. Whether it be motherboard, ram, printers or laptops, I have always been happy with what I have received.

The computer arrived DOA. A quick call to Asus and a after few tests, it was clear to Asus that I had a defective model. They issued me an INC# and urged me to contact NewEgg. I did the online return procedure and was dealt with promptly. 3 hours after...

Runs great as long as you don't want to get online

Only get's one egg because I can't give it a negative value of eggs.

Cheap

The thing WILL not consistently stay online. Unboxed it set it up let it download Win10 as it's been running great on the system I built for myself. Network drops connection to the internet at random times. You get a DNS error or a protocols are...
