My 2nd emachines computer

I got an emachine computer at a store about 6 years ago, and it ran fine, with its 1g or ddr2 ram and slow processor. I recently wanted to upgrade, but not spend the money on building my own, this computer was cheap and had some good specs. I have been...

I wish there was a little bit more space to move around inside, but since I like the fact that it is a small case, I guess you can deal with it

Cheap PC , works great but comes with isssues

So i picked this up as a quick and cheap PC for home use, nothing strenuous, no gaming etc just something you can have a guest use if they need to check their email etc. PC arrived and immediately upon Powering up it started error beeping but because...

The Price, Ease of Setup ; Once you get over the initial headache it works great

Nonexistent documentation that ships with the pc, lack of support ; Shoddy QA ; Lack of upgradability/customization ; No HDMI or DVI just VGA connector. Surprising considering mini ATX motherboards ship with all three connectors

Makes me happy

I'm glad I bought it. If I had to do over again, I would probably buy it again. I use it mainly for pictures & burning videos to dvds.

Very easy to setup & get running. Runs very fast. Doesn't take up much room, runs very quiet

The only thing I noticed is the sheet metal work for the case is more sloppy than I would like. Edges don't line up very well. Mine was kind of wobbly sitting on my desk, but I fixed it for 2 cents (put 2 pennies under one of the rear feet). I could...

Great Little Machine

We purchase this computer to replace an aging machine for my wife to do her financial books and genealogy on. As nice as this unit works, I'm considering buying one for myself.

This is definitely a “plug and play” computer, once you can get your head wrapped around Windows 7 quirks that are different from Windows XP. Boots surprisingly fast. Almost all our old programs loaded without any problems, except be aware there are...

The CD/DVD drive is mounted vertically and can not play the small disks without laying the machine on its side. No indicator light indicating disk drive operation. Comes loaded with a trial security program, games and other junk programs that...

Well built PC for the money

Slim factor, large hard drive size, dual core processor, windows 7. Computer runs the programs I need and browses internet extremely well for the price. For $300 best computer you could get in my opinion

3gigs of ram, should just have either 2gigs or 4gigs it doesn't have paired ram sticks which I knew before I purchased it so I will live with it as it isn't too much of a deal this isn't a gaming computer
