Not Impressed in Repeater Use

 

The connector is female on this antenna.

Build quality seems pretty good for it's price. Setup was easy and menu system is easy to navigate

I am using this as a repeater along with my Netgear WGR614 router. I have the repeater outside under a pavilion roof (also tried inside a shed) with it's antenna clearly in view to the house wall where the router is and in clear view of my desired...

Easy Setup as a Repeater

 

This replaced an Amped Wireless SR300 ($94) repeater that I bought in the summer of 2011. Stay away from Amped Wireless products, and give this a shot as a repeater. I am 100% satisfied so far.

Easy setup without setup cd. At the price of $16, this is quite a bargain! Setup took about 10 minutes, maybe. I may buy another

Won't hold settings

 

Bought this based on the positive reviews. I must have gotten a dud, because the unit I received won't hold settings. I set it up as a repeater, and as long as it was plugged in, it would function. I'm not sure how well, because the PC I used to set it...
