Fortinet FortiGate 1000C - security appliance

I never had any issues with these products when I was using them. Blocked what I told them to, connected my remote sites. If I remember correctly, they were a little pricey.

I have never had any problems with my 100A. Tech support has always been available and extremely helpful.

Good product, easy to install and configure. Be aware that if you activate all features the throughput is impacted. Mostly due to virus scanning engine. Didn't use the VPN feature.

Fortinet has the absolute worst technical support ever. It takes them 3 days to respond. Give them the config, a login to your firewall and they will point you to several irrelevant tech articles, ask what the question was again and close the ticket....
