Surprising expandability and a small footprint will keep this PC on office desks well into the future.

Well designed and highly upgradeable

Less-than-stellar performance

The dx5150 Business Desktop isn't a home-oriented, high-performance system. But this well-designed office PC takes up minimal space and can easily be upgraded to extend its useful life.

HP dx5150

It's not the fastest biz desktop around, but the well-designed HP dx5150 is easy to insert into your work space, thanks to its attractive exterior, vivid 17-inch LCD, and handy deployment software.

Extremely quiet; versatile, high-quality LCD monitor; surprisingly expandable; excellent warranty; includes deployment and management tools.

Weak performance; tower hard to open; monitor's USB ports hard to reach.

HP knows how to build solid, well-supported business machines, but look past the HP dx5150 if performance is your chief concern.

Sneaky tech. specs

Arrived quickly and in good condition

Under tech. specs. lists only 1 ghz. But doesn't list type ; Turns out the memory is DDR. Hence my DDR 2 is useless ; That will teach me to ask before I buy

watch out for the PSU

decent while it is working

defective power supply unit (PSU) that blows up if it has been unpluged due to the glue in side absorbing moisture

Excellent value!

Unit is 100% functional. Fast for the price, compact, and nicely designed. Added a 160G drive in the auxilliary drive bay and loaded Linux without a hitch. Newegg exhibited their usual prompt and rapid shipping

Great Little PC

I have purchased several of these for business customers. they are a great size and have have the power to run just about anything.

Great PC, nice warranty, plenty of power and it shows up in about 3 days

Stupid Pictures

It's a cheap computer with 512mb of ram, and xp pro on it (and all the rest of the features I require)

It's pictured with a 3.5" floppy disk, which isn't actually included, and HP has these lovely new mounting setups that require different parts that what you'd get with your floppy drive (it also doesn't come with any of those parts). The tech support...
