HP Pavilion Media Center TV m7690n PC

The HP Pavilion Media Center m7690n is a powerful Media Center desktop for the video enthusiast, chock-full of the latest tech including an HD DVD-ROM drive.

HD DVD adds high-quality video playback. HP Personal Media Drive bay. Internal 500GB drive. Ready for Vista. HD DVD playback menu option in MCE.

HD DVD is playback-only and is still early tech. Needs an HDCP-compliant monitor to view HD DVDs in high-def. Not much expansion room. Could be quieter. Only 60-day Internet security subscription.

Don't read the first review...

All I have to say is not to listen to the review on the bottom. This person is obviously lacking in a use of language and grammar. Don't capitalize every word. It makes for hard reading, and it makes you look like a real moron. HP products are usually...

Nice setup-esp for someone who doesn't want to 'build

I don't even have this one, so I won't comment

Don't Buy This!

The Media Center and ability to pause and record live TV is great.

The system crashes within days of start-up.
