The Machine is easy to use. It is quite fast and has good sound and graphics.

Vista software is not very good. I bought the computer to work from home and it is not compatible with the software I need to use. There is no word or excel softwasre included.

Love Vista, i just plugged my Virgin cable router in and it told me I had internet - no set up required at all!

Had some issues with getting sound through a Realtek audio, but a quick call to support identified I needed to load a new driver. It was sorted in minutes.

Ok, not the worlds fastest dual core but it is Intel Pentium Dual Core none the less. A good looking midi tower, hides a DL DVD RW, a 250gb HDD and 2gb 677mhz DDR2 RAM. Almost silent when running, you could leave the pc on overnight in the bedroom and...

As usual, bundled with loads of bits that no-one wants, shortcuts to games, ebay, kodak etc but not really a problem. Uninstalled as soon as possible. Bad points? none really other than the fact that it comes without a windows disc, you have to make...

seems okay for what we need, which is general surfing and downloading music. We previously had a Packard Bell computer which lasted us 6 years until we had a lightning strike so if this one lasts as long we will be well happy.

quite noisy the cd/dvd tray it quite awkward to open and doesn't always open first time
