MSI MBOX K9N6PGM2

I liked this unit so much I bought another.

Price, ease of installation of components, Newegg delivery (fast as usual)

None, I would like to see an ATX board with case offered at this price

Cheap Linux

Motherboard works fine for linux, but you must install redhat (&cousins) in text mode. This is not as hard as it sounds, though it helps to have installed linux before. When in doubt, just don't install it. You can add later. The linux nvidia driver...

Price. Case+power supply+motherboard at this price?? The limitations should be obvious but great value. Case is decent to work with, not lots of sharp edges. Runs a quad or its lesser cousins! Works with windows xp right out of the box

The case is tinny and the fan noisy. The case pci slots are not conventional -- you must take out the screws and the panel above the slots rotates to give you needed mounting access. Just a bit confusing. Installing linux takes some gymnastics

Great for the money

Overall, I am very pleased with this system. MB, case and power supply for under $100 shipped? Sounds good to me.

Built this system for some light office work (word, excel), internet surfing and accounting (peachtree) ; Added a Athlon 64 X2 5200, 4GB (2 x 2 GB) Kingston DDR2 800, WD Caviar 320GB HD, and a Sapphire Radeon 2400 Pro. Everything worked on the first...

The expansion card cage is kind of a pain. After installing the video card, I found out that the cage bracket makes the fit between the plug and connector (VGA in my case) very tight. Easy to mod with a dremmel or you can just play with the connection...

Great Value

Using with Athlon X2 BE-2300. No problems, moves along like a low budget champ. Installation wasn't too bad; enough room to work without taking out the mobo or anything thanks to AMD's heatsink procedure.

Great bang-for the buck.

Thin metal... that means this sucker is loud. but seriously, what do you expect for the price? This is a non-issue. But don't buy this expecting a super-quiet $150 Antec case. Not gonna happen.

Great bang-for the buck ; Rolled edges inside... you won't be cutting your fingers with this case. An extremely welcome feature at this dirt cheap price ; PSU has just enough wattage that you don't need to throw it out for budget office/browsing etc...

Fantastic Value - Great PC

It's not a high-end gaming rig -- use a PC like this one for a file server, web/email computer, HTPC, etc. You cannot beat this MSI rig for under $100. I built mine with an AMD 6000+, 2GB Ram, DVD-RW, and EDIMAX wireless card. Less than $350 for a...

Excellent value. Fast motherboard. Easy to make an inexpensive PC that does most common tasks with ease

For the price, NONE
