Fast machine, incredibly easy to set up, good placing of USB ports, some at rear, some on top, some at front making them easily accessible, value for money, modern facade, speedy delivery. Perfect for general use.

Case vibrates incessantly, top DVD drive button doesn't work, photoframe doesn't work, mouse and keyboard bottom quality, no manual although not really necessary as everything is self explanatory, too much junk software installed, I cleared most of it...

Easily installed, excelent condition, and reasonable price.

Instructions dont tell you to connect the wireles network card's aieral. If my 9 month old daughter hadnt found it and tried to eat it I may have thrown it away!

Very quick and easy to set up even for none tech users.

No opportunity to upgrade the OS software at time of purchase. Minor point but the description did not state mouse and keyboard included, we purchased a mouse and keyboard separately and had to return it!

Fast, good for CAD work I've found, love this machine!!

I didn't want Norton Antivirus and it's too well integrated into everything initially with the offer of a free trial - so a pain to get rid of!

very fast system, windows 7 is great. once the games where loaded, the quality and speed was very good.

dvd player was slow when trying to install games.
