Follow-up Orig unit defective... Item Replaced....

Still do not care for shipping of this item in retail box. Really should be double boxed... Especially if customer willing and has offered to pay 2-3 times orig shipping cost and allow for 1-2 week delivery time. Too much potential for damage during...

First unit received cute and compact yet defective. (would not post) so returned for replacement. Newegg willing to send out replacement as soon as they could verify original box in transit. Replacement unit performs extremely well. I will be very...

Fairly happy with replacement shuttle... It friggen works!!! Although fan is unnecessarily noisy. High speed sounds like a hair dryer on HI setting (seriously). Even on slowwwww setting; makes a faint yet audible "whirring noise". Almost as if sleeve?...

New/Retail (not sealed) opened

these Shuttles have cheap flawed motherboards and power supplys in them. if not for that, they would be awsome little PCs. the evedence of that is redally available just by doing searches and seeing how many of these are being sold for parts. eggs...

its a neet looking little PC. easy to build, compact, diffrent

the mouse stays lit up when its shut off, in addition to possible damage to computer and/or accessories attached to it, I have reason to believe it to be a fire hazzard. the quality is not near as good as the design. I wish Asus made the mainboards and...

The most powerful breadbox ever!

I would have rated this 5 stars except the front firewire port was DOA. NewEgg's RMA process rocks and I'm waiting for the replacement to arrive. I will probably never build another large computer anymore (with a few exceptions). The small form factor...

Cute, small and sleek. Slightly larger than a piece of 8.5 x 11 paper (A4 for you euro-types). I put an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ in this and the internal temps stay 30-38C depending on load. BIOS allows for easy overclocking

Front firewire port DOA

Good system for media center

Boot right up with 4 GB of Corsair memory (Newegg item # N82E16820145184) running at 828Mhz (DDR414), I overclocked it 2.9 GHz with CPU voltage +0.30, chipset voltage + 0.10, and memory at 1.90v, couldn't push it above 2.9Ghz due to memory

Affordable, very small form, nice cooling system when used with a low power CPU such as the 4850e, external SATA connectors, PCIE & PCI slots

Only 2 SATA internal connectors so if you have 2 SATA hard drives then you will have to use a PATA DVD drive

Not a problem

Worked like a charm for me. Make sure you use RAM that works at 1.8 V. Check compatibility list on Shuttle website before you buy. Use low power components. AMD 5050e 2.6 GHz 45W CPU, ADATA 2 GB 800 MHz 1.8 V RAM, Sapphire HD 4670 GPU, 60 GB SATA...

Worked as expected. Purchased locally just in case something went wrong

Seems the power supply may become a problem later

Good

I ordered my first unit from Newegg along with CPU, RAM, and hard drive. Everything came on but wouldn't post to monitor. It was a defective unit. I RMA the unit and got an identical replacement and this time, everything came on.

Very quiet, sleek design, and compact. Makes a great pc and very pleasant to the eyes when sitting on the entertainment center (next to the PS3/360).

It would have been better if it came with a 300 watt power supply but I've read that the Shuttle power supply are very efficient.

didn't work for me

Small, sleek design

I couldn't get it to work. Barebone systems are easy - you just add the CPU, RAM, and drives. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to post anything onto the screen even though I was using the onboard graphics card and several different types of memory (677...
