Bought unit June 2nd of 2013. Problems Started on Memorial Day (May 26th) of 2014. Shuttle factory warranty at the time, was limited to one year. It took over a week for me to contact Shuttle, and I've been going nuts trying to get to speak to someone...

Good price for a small machine

 

Would be nice to have more detail in the specifications to say that it does not ship with memory and a hard drive.

Small unit, no fans for less gunk buildup. Plenty of breather holes in the case for airflow. Durable unit

Did not come with memory or hard drive. So we need to buy them now. Does not even specify the memory needed, had to to research for this
