cost,key board failed after 18 months ,not possible to upgrade hardware,i,e, grafics card, larger harddrive, CPU usage always high

Elegant design and easy to use.THIS IS NOT A LAPTOP MODEL!

Seems to take quite a time to "fire up" and be ready for action.

I'm blown away by the PC overall. Have not fully tried-out BlueRay and TV yet. Could do with finding a manual (probably somewhere in the software, or online.....) before I play with TV. Needs an arial too. Superb product. Ultra-easy to back-up to...

The hard disk died after only 6 hours of use, which was unrecoverable and having spent several hours setting up my files and s/w on the PC was very annoying.
