Fujifilm FinePix A400

Cheap point and shoot digital 'starter' camera that will appeal to those who want to take the occasional snap with the minimum of fuss, while the 3x zoom will allow them to get a bit closer to the action

Colour pictures, easy to use, good value for money

Lack of protective cover for USB and video out ports, uninspiringly boxy build, smallish 1.8-inch screen

Fuji Finepix A400

The A range of Fuji digital cameras are some of the most simple and straightforward you will come across. They have a restricted feature set and are suitable for anyone looking for a no frills digital camera.

Ease of use ; Viewfinder

Picture quality ; Very basic movie mode

The Fuji Finepix A400 is one of the cheapest digital cameras you will find from a known brand. It is very easy to use. The problem is picture quality. It is some way below the standard I would like to see and I feel there are better inexpensive digital...

OK

I would buy a fujifilm camera again, but not this one. I was very disappointed with it breaking down. The lens misaligned and I couldn't fix it.

This camera was easy to use, light, reasonable price. Pictures were nice.

It didn't take long for it to stop working because the lens misaligned, and I couldn't fix it and was told it wasn't worth sending it out to be fixed.

Nice camera for the cost

This is a good camera for taking photos...outside...in good light...if nothing is moving. I bought it to replace a similar older Fuji. This camera is not nearly as good as the older one. Most photos are blurry or out of focus. Colors are not great. I...
