Good image quality overall.Reliable 64-segment metering.Well saturated and accurate colours.Low distortion 28mm wide angle.Large 2 inch LCD screen.Panoply of shooting modes including a Program Shift mode.

Flash a bit underpowered for the telephoto aperture of the zoom.Insufficient choices for image quality.Compression a bit strong at the highest image quality.Maximum exposure of 2 seconds.

Fuji Finepix E510

Fuji Finepix E510 Review and Where to Find the Best Prices. Five megapixel, easy to use, starter camera. It does have a wide angle lens. These are few and far between on this tyep of digital camera.

Standard digital camera offers a wider angle lens than most cameras. This helps for landscape and group type shots. Also offers some advanced features. Good outdoor shots.

Fujifilm Finepix E510

The Fujifilm Finepix E510 is Fuji's 5 megapixel entry into the crowded entry-level digital camera market. The only difference between the Fujifilm Finepix E510 and its slightly cheaper brother, the E500,

On the downside, the Fujifilm Finepix E510 is not suitable for action photography. Focusing is good outdoors in good light and the camera is responsive enough, but it has no continuous shooting modes, it struggles to focus indoors and it takes nearly a se

The FinePixE510 ($349) is one of three cameras in Fuji'snew E-series of digital cameras. Here's a quick lookat the lineup and what differentiates one model fromthe next:

Great value for a 5.1MP camera with these features, Lens starts at 28mm, Generally good photo quality, Quite a few manual controls, Larger-than-average 2" LCD display, Supports add-on lenses, Very easy to use, Can be used as a webcam (Windows only)

LCD becomes useless in dim light, Images tend to be a bit soft; above average purple fringing, Poor low light focusing / no AF-assist lamp, Manual focus feature poorly-implemented; no custom white balance, Slowest shutter speed is 2 seconds, Outdated...
