Fujifilm FinePix F810 Zoom

Everything seems to be going widescreen these days and that includes digital cameras. Fujifilm's FinePix F810 has a widescreen LCD and can also output images in a 16:9 ratio.

Fujifilm F810 review

The F810 is a conventional still camera with a cool widescreen mode and lots of manual controls

A great still camera with a decent movie mode. The restrictions on movie length mean it’s only any good for short video ‘snapshots’, though, and not ideal for that holiday of a lifetime

Widescreen LCD, nice picture quality

Clunky zoom, no adjustable jpeg compression ratios

Definitely worth a look, Fujifilm's FinePix F810 is a camera that will appeal to people wanting TV connectivity with widescreen viewing.

The FinePix F810 Zoom was announced worldwide at the end of July 2004, though it was only made available to customers in North America very recently. The F810 is essentially the same camera as the F700/710 with a different sensor. Whereas the F700/710...

Excellent resolution in 12MP mode, very good in 6MP mode Vivid, vibrant colors Low noise ISO 800 setting (only 3MP, but low noise) Clean, sharp results Excellent photographic controls Useful 32.5 - 130mm zoom range wider than normal Fast start-up, very...
