Kodak Slice review

With a terrible touchscreen interface, poor performance and dreadful photos, this camera attempts to sell itself on specs rather than quality

Kodak Slice

Kodak's cute Slice camera features an extra large touch-screen LCD, a solid UI, and good image quality—but if you're willing to spend its $300 price, there are plenty of worthy competitors.

Big, 3.5-inch touch-screen LCD. Improved user interface. 2GB of embedded storage.

Slow shooting speeds. Low-resolution display.

Nice touch screen

Evening shots are poor and it is not so easy to get good shots out of the Kodak Slice camera. Before this one, I had an M-series Kodak camera, which was much easier to use and gave me better picture quality.

Kodak Slice

Very slim, good 'share' features, clever face recognition.

Very expensive considering the poor image quality. I'm not convinced it keeping copies of all pictures in the 'Slice' album is a good idea - it seems a bit pointless to me.
