Olympus C-180

Always control the controllables. However, if there's less to control then life can often be simpler. That's the case with this easy-to-use 5.1 megapixel camera, but has Olympus left too much out?

A better quality alternative to the cheap, unfamiliarly-branded cameras you'll see in supermarkets and catalogues. Build quality is excellent, picture quality is acceptable for snapshots and there has never been a digital camera that's so easy to use....

Olympus C-180

Olympus C-180 Review. This camera has five megapixels, but no optical zoom lens. It is an entry level digital camera and is suitable for someone looking for a somple, point and shoot digital camera.

Strong colours

Shutter lag ; Macro shots

There are no real surprises with the Olympus C-180. It is a basic point and shoot digital camera that does the job it sets out to do. It does not have an optical zoom lens and for me this is a big limitation. Although there are not a lot of digital...

Olympus C-180

The Olympus C-180 (also known as the Olympus C-435) is a 5.1 megapixel digital camera that is being marketed as one of the most simple digital cameras to use going around. It has a 'one button, one function' design, 14 megabytes internal memory, 1.5...

The new C-180 includes a whole host of functions designed to make taking high-quality photos exceedingly straightforward. The "one button, one function" design principle ensures remarkably easy operation, while the combination of 5.1 million pixel...

Good Point and Shoot

Over all its a great camera, small, portable and easy to understand. I have never had anything go wrong with it *Knock on wood* and I have had it for about a year and a half. Im actually ordering another one to give to my mother for Christmas.

Its wonderful for a point and shoot camera, good starter. I took this one to Rome with me and got some beautiful shots. It is also very durable, I have dropped mine on many occasions and nothing seems to have happened to it. Its really easy to...

It takes about 5 seconds for it to take a picture so action shots are out of the question, as are Ferrets, and it takes it 7-10 seconds to get back to the shoot screen. Taking pictures one right after the other are a bit annoying at times. It blurs if...

Decent camera for a decent price

If your looking for an entry level digital camera and don't want to be completely obsolete in your decision this camera is a good solution.

Good screen ; Lightweight ; Decent Interface ; Good pictures and save speeds

XD cards are a little pricey but 1 gig storage for $75.00 is in the eye of the beholder as to it's value
