Olympus Tough TG-860

The Olympus Tough TG-860 adds the GPS and Wi-Fi that were missing from the TG-850, but takes a step back in terms of image quality.

21mm wide-angle lens. Waterproof to 50 feet. Hinged rear display. Super Macro shooting mode. Integrated Wi-Fi and GPS. Dual tripod mounts.

Images could be sharper. No dedicated battery charger included. Video is noticeably shaky.

Performance and Conclusions The TG-860 starts, focuses, and fires in about 1.1 second, which is fairly speedy for a compact camera. In bright light its focus system is very quick, locking on almost instantly, although it does slow in dim conditions....
