Sony W560 Cybershot Digital Camera

Slightly down spec on hardware from its close cousins the W570 and W580, the Cyber-shot W560 is none the less a terrific offering from Sony and still maintains all the features of the higher 5-series models but at a more affordable price.

Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W560 Preview

Sony's Cyber-shot point-and-shoot cameras have an all new W-series for 2011. Just announced at CES, the W-series is a budget-friendly line of cameras that still boast a number of advanced features. Coming in as the second most expensive (or third most...

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W560 Digital Camera

Sony continues its long-standing Cyber-shot lineup with the DSC-W560, a reasonably priced 14-megapixel model with great photo quality that’s almost as good at shooting video. Consumer testers found the DSC-W560 easy to use, and we appreciated the...

Ease of use ,neatlly compact, excellent battery life ,great telephoto magnification.........very pleased with my purchase.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W560

I think if I hadn't previously had a digital camera I would still have found this very easy to operate. To my amateur mind the picture quality seems good and the colours realistic.

My previous camera had a view finder as alternative to the screen which was handy in bright sunny conditions, this one doesn't, so far I have not had need for it, so maybe not required.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W560

It's so easy to use just point and click, for clear quality pictures.

The only thing I would change is having to take the battery out of the camera to charge it!

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W560

Brilliant for those split second snaps Small enough and light enough to be carried in a handbag or pocket Easy to download photos from memory card

Focal length - Not too bad as long as you are aware of the limitations

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W560

Easy to use and as you can easily buy 16gb sd cards or larger and spare batteries cheaply, the camera becomes a videa camera as well. The quality of picture it produces is good and it has sufficient features for the beginner not to be too confused.

none I have come across yet

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W560

Generally good and easy to use. Like the panorama and video features.

1. Very frustrating not to have a view finder - impossible to see teh screen in sunlight. Useless adn hopeless. 2. Poor to have to buy a sepaerate memory stick. Why not include one - every one needs one - and NOT a small 10 image memory card - they are...
