Channel Master CM-7000PAL

DVR that records, pauses, fast-forwards, and rewinds free over-the-air HDTV programming; no monthly fees; excellent image quality; dual-tuner design means you can record two programs simultaneously from one antenna; 30 hours of HD recording; superb...

Relatively expensive upfront cost; lacks the polish and features of TiVo or other subscription DVRs; more like a VCR in how it records shows; bland, limited user interface; recording capacity not expandable.

For someone who wants to DVR-ify an HD antenna setup without paying monthly fees, the Channel Master CM-7000PAL is the easiest solution available.

Keeps breaking down,no support,3 failed units

Don't buy it, it's a waist of money

Works great when it works

I'm on my third and last(new)unit, I've had it with this device. I can't get more than 7months of service 1 no boot in 20 days 2 no reception in 7 months 3 no boot after 10 months. Support saying they will call back and never do.

HATE cable yust have a attenna buy then bt ch an hope they get new management too actually sell this wonder too free people I want it too yust wouk withoyt the skip 15 an reverse 10 ? dud what dummy thoughtof this fire programers an get a team too help...

when it works its great jeff brown says oh its nothing? the company needs a influx of people to make the NEXT THING leaving cables an WE need this please help them

it says signal lost then help there is no help ethernet cable should bee live for help phone call's HA iwil still buy new three chanel unit
