iLuv iEP515 review

These headphones aren't widely stocked and Argos doesn't refer to them by their model name – search the website for “iLuv headphones”. They're aimed at iPhone and iPod users and come with an inline microphone and a remote that covers volume and basic...

Playback controls for iPods and a microphone for hands-free iPhone calls, but sound quality lets it down.

iLuv iEP515 earphones review

iLuv describes the iLuv iEP515 as 'premium in-ear earphones', the £49 price tag actually puts them more in the 'affordable upgrade' category for iPod and iPhone owners who are looking for an alternative to Apple's own underwhelming earphones.

There’s no single feature that really stands out, but the iLuv iEP515 earphones do provide a decent alternative to Apple’s standard iPod earphones. There are plenty of similar earphones available for the same price, but the iEP515 earphones are still...

iLuv iEP515BLK Premium Earphones review

Given the popularity of the iPhone and the iPod, it's no wonder we're seeing more and more earphones with integrated mics and controls for the devices. Of course, those who have recently purchased either one may not be eager to throw down even more...

The iLuv iEP515 earphones are inexpensive, and they include an inline mic and a built-in module with iPod controls.

The iLuv iEP515 earphones offer a fairly uncomfortable fit and average sound quality.

The iLuv iEP515 earphones provide an inexpensive way to listen to and control music on your iPod, but fit and sound quality are not great.

Plantronics M110 review: Plantronics M110

The Plantronics M110 is a standard, reasonably attractive headband-style headset that we can recommend for in-car and at home use (it also doubles as a headset for cordless phones). But unless you want to look like a switchboard operator, it's less...

Comfortable; good sound quality.

Conspicuous; no integrated Answer/End button.

The M110 is suitable for in-car and home use but a bit too conspicuous to wear while you are walking the streets.

iLuv Hear Speak Control iEP515 Earphones

Three big selling points of iLuv's ieP515 headphones: They're durable, iPhone-compatible, and have an iPod Shuffle voiceover feature. Unfortunately, this pair falls short otherwise. Besides offering a mediocre sound, the headphones are uncomfortable to...
