Jabra Vox

Fun-sounding buds, but there are better ones out there

Good design ; Solid build ; Energetic sound

Sound is short on detail ; Ill-defined bass

These are fun-sounding buds, and a good deal of thought has been given to their design, but you can buy better for the cash.

Jabra Vox in-ear headphones review

Sound quality is fine but not outstanding – they're a bit tinny, and don't hugely enhance the music-listening experience. They're a step up from the earbuds that would come with an iPhone, but you'd probably hope for more at this price.

The Jabra Vox in-ear headphones look great and are conveniently portable and comfortable to wear, but at this price we'd expect stronger audio. We're also concerned about the headphones falling out of our ears during exercise, and they seem a little...

Jabra Vox in-ear headphones review

The Jabra Vox in-ear headphones are light, portable and good-looking. But sound quality didn't blow us away, considering the price tag. Here's our Jabra Vox review.

Smart and cool-looking; comfortable to wear; light and portable

Unremarkable sound quality, particularly at this price; precarious security of fit; don't seem very robust

Jabra Vox

The Jabra Vox is ideal for those seeking earphones with booming, sub-woofer-like bass, but it lacks definition in the high-mid range.

Seriously powerful bass response for low-end addicts. Secure, comfortable fit. Well built, with tangle-resistant cable and inline remote and microphone for Android and iOS devices.

Doesn't offer well-balanced audio performance—for bass fiends only. The included app, while free, isn't very useful.

For $100, the Jabra Vox is a well-constructed, secure-fitting, powerful pair of earphones, but its sound signature veers pretty far from reality. This pair is worth your consideration if you're a serious bass lover, but there are other options with...

Jabra VOX In-Ear Headphones Review

Final ThoughtsI think that the Jabra VOX headphones would be a great replacement for the headphones included with any MP3 player or mobile phone. At just $99 they have great vibrant sound that is much more crisp than many other headphones out there. On...

Quality design, – Clear and vibrant sound, – Price, – Cable does not tangle easily

Inline controls could have been designed better

First look: Jabra Vox

Jabra's move into the headphone market is a pretty good leap toward quality.

Excellent quality for the price.

Labs Brief: Jabra Vox

Jabra is a company that we are very familiar with, thanks to its excellent line of bluetooth handsfree headsets. But it has recently made the quite logical jump into headphones with a series of products announced during Mobile World Congress.

Excellent quality for the price.
