Klipsch R6 In-Ear Bluetooth

If huge bass is your thing, the Klipsch R6 In-Ear Bluetooth earphones will not let you down.

Powerful audio performance with seriously boosted bass and very sculpted highs. Secure fit.

Not for purists. Easy to misfire on the remote control.

Performance and Conclusions On tracks with powerful sub-bass content, like The Knife's "Silent Shout," the R6 deals out intense, deep bass response that never distorts, even at top, unwise listening levels. At more modest volumes, the low frequency...

Retracted review: No longer disappointed

Originally I gave these ear phones only one egg because of lack of bass. After playing with them multiple times I discovered you have to cram them way down into the ear canal to achieve good sound. This makes them uncomfortable to wear but gives them...

Great sound and bass

Have to cram ear phones done into ear to achieve good sound

Extremely Disappointed

Just can not express how truly disappointed I am.

none

Thin, tinny, absolutely no bass. I have a pair of Klipsch surround speakers that I use in my car, and hoped that these would be of similar quality. Boy was I wrong. I bought a pair of $.99 earphones at THE big box store that sounded better than these.

Excellent sound and comfortable

They weren't terribly comfortable within the first half-hour or so. I switched to the old ear pieces from either my Sony or Philips models and they worked with virtually identical sound. I experimented switching back and forth and finally noticed that...

Superior separation and clarity - I'm hearing things in songs I had not noticed before. The highs are excellent. Good bass, though you need to get a good fit and find the correct angle in the ear for the best sound. Mostly tangle-free cable. If you...

I would like the bass to be just a bit more robust. But, that may be because I've been conditioned to artificially enhanced bass in my previous headphones. Noise from the cable bumping or rubbing against things can be annoying - might be an issue if...

Great sound

Bought on Newegg sale. Great price even with the 1 con. Also enjoy oval case that comes with it. NOTE, always use the correct ear tip size, it makes a world of difference for sound quality once correctly fitting in ears.

Like the deep bass. Have also Klipsch Image S4A and the R6 has better bass. Rest of sound equal and great for in-ear headphones. Multiple ear tips that are comfortable.

As others reported, last time using it and walking, can hear noise of wires movement. When I was still, then no noise.

Best of Klipsch so far

Similar to the S4, good bass response, clear, rich, and deep. Only docked one egg for long cable, but these are VERY good earbuds.

Good Build Quality ; Very Good Mids ; Very Good, CRISP, CLEAR, BASS ; Fits very well in the ear canal (can wear hours) ; Flat Cable, Sturdy

Long Cable ; Bit Pricey

For Those Who Feel the R6 is Just Too Expensive - Read Full Review!

Before I review the R6 Reference monitors from Klipsch, you ought to know that I am a total audiophile. Having owned three cowon pieces, a D2+, i10 Audio and i9 Audio, I have managed to burn through high-end earphones faster than I do through...

This is my first klipsch headphones, after having seen and read good reviews about S4 series IEM's , I had planned to buy one for myself .However, S4 series IEM's have been discontinued by Klipsch and R6 series IEM's have replaced them, I thought it...
