This unit is nice to have the external mic and speaker. Sound is good. I recommend this unit to anyone that has the DO NOT USE cell phone while driving restriction.

Unfortunately because I did not receive what I ordered. I have been too mad about the whole ordeal to even plug my unit in and try it. THe cost to ship the unit back is more than it is worth. So I guess I have learned my lesson. When ordering ANYTHING...

Seems like it would be a great device. All the ratings I read on it say it is pretty good!

Did not receive a "NEW" TX500. I received a refurbed unit. Came without any packaging. Not booklet with instructions. Didn't even come with the correct charger/plug. The seller (CVS Group) packaged it with one of those cheap $1 specials like you would...

Perfectly adequate

Adds the convenience of in-car handsfree for a very reasonable price. Doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of other models, but very good at the things it does.

Voice quality superior to iPhone's built-in speakerphone, huge battery life (goes about a month on a charge), will pair with two phones (iPads, etc.) at a time and let you interact with both. Pairs quickly and reliably.

Buttons become hard to press when cold. Tricky to trigger voice dialing on the correct device when paired with two phones.
