We didn't like the controls, either. There's just a single button on the right-hand earpiece that's used to adjust the volume up and down, and also to select the next or previous track. It's a fiddly way of doing things – especially the quick...

The construction of the SHB9100s certainly leaves room for improvement, and at this price it really ought to include a carrying case or mains adaptor. But Philips gets the sound quality right, and the SHB9100 is one of the better Bluetooth headphones...

The overall sound quality is excellent, clear with the right amount of EQ. The product is easy to set up and use and I'm sure it will give me many magical music moments. The best headphones I have used for a long time with regard to sound quality.

Not many to be honest. The ear pads could be a little more comfortable on the ear but I have got used to that and it was never a big problem. I have to say the instructions were very vague and for someone with little experience of using these items the...

Comfortable and Convenient, works well with iPhone. When not on ears, can be work easily around neck.

Flaky connectivity through a Toshiba Bluetooth dongle with Laptop running Windows 7 and using Skype. This may be a laptop / dongle issue as the headset works so well with the iPhone. No Mains charger supplied, only a USB cable to charge.

Good when it worked

 

Good sound not alot of amazing bass but the clarity is great. Great on battery

Had it for 3 months or so only used it 2 3 times out of the week and my phone couldnt pick the bluetooth signal from the headphones
