Great idea! Made for small heads and not 100% wireless

Pros and cons really says it all. Good first try. Maybe after a while there will be drivers to allow for Bluetooth connectivity with Windows.

- good sound and mic quality - automated answering with Lync - Bluetooth connectivity with android devices (and maybe other non-windows)

- Bluetooth connectivity to Windows does not work (Windows 10 and Windows 7) - meant for small heads

First Quality sound and very functional - great for internet phone calls

I am buying again and recommend it would like it to sync to more than one phone/device at a time (Bluetooth)

Has capacitance sensor so the headphone doesn't start to work unless your wearing it (usually) Superior sound quality Comfortable Wired and Bluetooth!

The Plantronics C720-M are AWESOME!!!

The Plantronics C720-m are the most comfortable call center headset I've ever owned. The voice quality is amazing. I would have liked to hear a little more bass, however, these headphones are designed more for office use music enjoyment.

Worked great until I upgraded to Windows 10. Plantronics doesn't seem to be supporting this product on the Windows 10 platform. Do not purchase if you have upgraded or plan to.
