Roccat Kave XTD

A decent no-nonsense wired gaming headset

Chunky design is robust ; Very good comfort levels ; Good overall sound quality

Cable isn't modular ; Doesn't quite excel at any one thing

The Roccat Kave XTD is a decent gaming headset that delivers comfort and decent sound quality. However a non-modular cable and the lack of that one killer feature means it doesn't quite stand out from the crowd.

This is a really cool headset, and the sound is better than you can expect from a 50$ headset. The sound was clear and the tone of the bass is just perfect, not too much boom but still enough to be comfortable listening to both games and music.

Non removable cable ; Price (~160$) ; Lack of bass

I have to start out with saying that this is a nice headset with a steep pricetag. I believe 160$ is a bit to much for a headset even though it has a nice remote and cool features.
