Sennheiser CX 880i

 

The Sennheiser CX 880i are iPhone headphones which sound great but take a lot of perseverance to achieve a good fit.

Integrated microphone and play controls ; Good sound for those who are patient

Hard to get a good fit ; Can be too shrill or too bassy ; iPhone only

This creates issues for sound quality as well. If you don't get a good seal, you'll find that the sound is overly forward. And while it sounds crisp, it can get tiring — you'll also experience plenty of outside noise leakage. Persevere too long and you...

Great sound quality and quite comfortable to wear. You genuinely will hear parts of music you have never heard before.

Could feel a tad more expensive and the leather pouch is a tad too small.

Sennheiser CX880 In Ear Headphones

 

Solid well designed in-ear headphones with great sound quality despite the slightly overpowering bass. Very comfortable to wear and won't make your ears hurt even after a long listening session.

I find the volume control a little awkward and it feels very cheap unlike the rest of the headphones. The bass is slightly overpowering but can be corrected using equalizer.
