Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Wireless

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Wireless review: these wireless and noise-cancelling headphones aren't the very latest, but they are still excellent.

Gorgeous looks and build quality ; Good battery life ; Effective noise cancellation ; Excellent, entertaining sound

Newer rivals have a lot more features

Not the latest wireless and noise-cancelling headphones – but still fantastic.

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0

The Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 are a second attempt at full-size, style-driven headphones from Sennheiser. The basics haven't changed too much – sound quality, the look and most of the basic features are pretty much the same. If you already own and love...

Top-notch comfort ; High-quality, fun sound ; Good looks

Less subtle looks than first generation ; Sound more fun than outright accurate

Sennheiser hits another home run with the new Momentum heapdhones, although if you own the first set, there’s no real reason to upgrade.

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 On-ear

The Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 On-ear are the second generation of a series of headphones that's proven extremely popular, and with good reason. While they may not have unseated the Beats range as king of headphone sales, they're now recognised as one of...

Comfy pads ; Involving, rich sound ; Good looks

Fairly poor isolation

Attractive, classy and involving headphones only let down by limited sound isolation.

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 On-ear review

Not a perfect pair of headphones, but still an enjoyable and effortless listen...

Good amount of low end to an overall solid sound ; Decent amount of detail ; Neat and attractive design

Could be more dynamic and rhythmic ; Slightly bass-heavy balance won’t suit everyone

They don’t provide an all-rounder, but the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 on-ears focus on what made these headphones so popular first time round, and in that sense they win out

Sennheiser has tinkered with a winning formula, and produced an even better set of Momentum headphones...

Gorgeous design ; Foldable ; Comfy fit ; Beautifully detailed, balanced and full-bodied sound

Nothing of note

Portable, desirable and blessed with brilliant sound - the Momentum 2.0s are a cut above the competition

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 review

These expensive headphones are well worth the cash

Lively, hugely transparent sound ; Class meets comfort ; Pocket-friendly portability

Quite dear

Pricey but far from daylight robbery; the Momentum 2.0s will have you smitten

Sennheiser Momentum 2 On-Ear Wireless review

Bluetooth headphones for big spenders

Fun sound ; Plenty of features

Very expensive ; Lack of high-end sound traits ; Limited noise-cancellation ; Average wireless performance

The Sennheiser Momentum 2 On-Ear Wireless headphones are a really nice package let down by a price that's simply too premium for what's on offer. They sound good, look good, have good controls and acceptable noise cancellation, but these features can't...

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Wireless review: Serious sound, serious money

Comfortable, gorgeous, and blessed with superlative noise-cancellation and superb sound quality – but at £380 you'd expect nothing less

Superb sound quality ; Gorgeous design ; Comfortable

Expensive ; Noise-cancellation is always on

For most people, the biggest stumbling block for the Sennheisers is the price. These are seriously expensive headphones, even by high-end wireless standards. Still, if you can’t quite stretch to the £380 price tag, there’s a second model called the...

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 review: Over-ear headphone sequel gains comfort and slightly better sound

Thanks to some design tweaks, the second-generation Momentum is now more comfortable to wear, folds for storage and has arguably improved a little on the sound front.

The Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 offers more spacious and softer earcups, making it a more comfortable headphone. It offers excellent, refined sound, high-end build quality, and a new folding design. An inline remote/microphone is included for cell-phone...

Somewhat pricey; should include cables for both iOS and Android devices in the box.

While we'd like to see it cost a little less, Sennheiser has fixed the original Momentum's one weakness, making the new 2.0 Momentum not only sound slightly better but fit more comfortably.
