Skullcandy Venue review

Long-lasting, active noise-cancelling cans

Tile integration ; Long battery life ; Balanced sound

Poor build ; Mediocre ANC ; Spotty connectivity

The Skullcandy Venue offer long battery life and unique Tile integration but its average active noise cancellation, spotty connection, and poor build quality are let downs. For the money, there are better alternatives but if you have a habit of losing...

Skullcandy Venue review: Never lose your headphones again

The Skullcandy Venue comes with Tile's clever lost and found tech built in - a great pair of cans for the forgetful

Nice, understated design ; Tile implementation is fantastic ; Long battery life

Sound quality is so-so

Otherwise, the Skullcandy Venue is an appealing product at a decent price. With a boost to the sound quality, it would be a nailed-on five-star product. As it is, it’ll have to settle for four.

Skullcandy Venue

The wireless, bass-forward Skullcandy Venue headphones offer surprisingly decent noise cancellation for a relatively low price.

Powerful audio performance with dialed-up bass response and sculpted highs. Better-than-average ANC. Can be used in wired passive or active mode. Detachable cable.

ANC creates high frequency hiss and affects sound signature. Audio performance not for those seeking accuracy.

Great battery life and wireless range.;Easy to use controls.;Decent noise isolation.

A bit tight on some heads.;Very bass-heavy sound might not be for everyone.;Poor performance mic for voice calls.

Skullcandy Venue review

Skullcandy's noise-cancellers are here to tickle other cans in the game. Do they succeed?

Crispy and bass heavy ; ANC works well for its price ; Neat and simple design ; Track it using the Tile app ; Awesome battery and connectivity

Plasticky build quality ; Monitor mode is useless ; Gets tiring after long hours of usage

The bass-heavy Venue is ideal for commuters in search of peace with shallow pockets

Skullcandy Venue review: The Skullcandy Venue looks the part, like what you would expect a noise cancelling headphone to look like
